Forschners knives are great, but you can also use them to make bows and arrowheads.
Here are some ideas for making your own.
Bowie Knife Basics 1.
Cut an opening in a plain steel bowl (this is what we’re using).
Take your bowl and cut out a circular hole in the middle.
Cut a slit through the bottom of the bowl to let the air out.
Take a bowl of water and add the bowl.
Put the bowl in a bowl with a hole drilled in the bottom.
Put a piece of steel wool or some other material that you can work with.
Take the opening you made and fill it with water, then cut a slit in the bowl at the top.
Cut out a piece, or two, of arrow.
Fill the bowl with water again.
Put the arrow into the hole drilled out at the bottom, and the bowl into the water.
Cut the arrows in half, or whatever length you want, then add the two halves together and hang them on the bowl of arrows.
Hang them upside down so that they come out at an angle, and then make the shape of an arrow.
